Welcome to Autodrive Cars- PNG. We operate as an import agent, connecting customers in Papua New Guinea with trusted overseas vehicle suppliers. By using this website or our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Business

Autodrive Cars -PNG is not a car dealership. We do not own or stock vehicles in Papua New Guinea. We act solely as an online advertising and import coordination agent on behalf of overseas suppliers.

2. Vehicle Listings

  • All vehicle images and descriptions are provided by third-party suppliers.
  • Vehicle availability, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we are not liable for errors or changes from suppliers.

3. Order Process

  • When you express interest in a vehicle, we connect you with one of our overseas suppliers.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is arranged and acknowledged by the supplier.
  • Autodrive Cars-PNG  may assist with order placement, shipping, clearance, and documentation, but final responsibility lies with the supplier.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Depending on the arrangement, payments for vehicles, shipping, and related costs may be made either directly to the supplier or through AutoDrive Cars PNG as a coordinating agent.
  • In some cases, we may collect payments on behalf of the supplier for ease of transaction and coordination.
  • Autodrive Cars -PNG does not add extra fees beyond what is agreed upon during the order process.
  • We receive a commission from the supplier for assisting with sales and import coordination — not from charging customers separately.
  • All payment terms will be clearly discussed before any order is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Customs

  • Shipping timelines and delivery are estimated based on supplier readiness and shipping schedules.
  • We will assist with customs clearance guidance where possible, but we are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs, shipping agents, or port authorities.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • Vehicles are imported “as-is” based on descriptions provided by the supplier.
  • Autodrive Cars-PNG does not offer warranties and is not liable for mechanical faults, defects, or damage after delivery.
  • Final evaluation and acceptance of the vehicle is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoDrive Cars PNG is not liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in supplier-provided information
  • Delays or loss caused by third-party shipping, customs, or port handling
  • Vehicle condition issues after arrival in PNG

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely for communication, order coordination, and support.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except to complete your order.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for the most recent version.
